Wild Bee Extraction into Hive

I've done some deep-diving on google, but I was hoping maybe someone could help point me in the right direction.

I'm located in Central Florida and my family found a wild hive in my Great Aunt's water main. We're having a hard time finding someone to come and relocate the bees. They can't stay where they are and I'm trying to find a sustainable way to move them.

I've always wanted to keep a hive and if someone can't relocate them, that's what I'll try to do next. There are a ton of resources on equipment, but it's hard to find resources for relocating a wild hive.

Can anyone help me or point me in the right direction?
