Unable to find queen, few eggs off center of cell.

We are grateful you are here

Unable to find queen, few eggs off center of cell.

Did a late fall treatment with oxalic acid dribble 6 days ago, yesterday I went to do a mite check and could not find the queen, I looked for the better part of 20 minutes till the point the hive would not let me work anymore. I saw a small patch of eggs but noticed they weren’t real well centered in the cells. I know that can be a sign of a laying worker but thought that took weeks of being queenless before that could happen. I saw no emergency cells and only a few larvae. (Assuming oxalic acid wiped the larvae out?) advice would be appreciated on how I move forward. At this point I don’t know what else to do other than wait 2 weeks and check if there is a bunch of drone brood.
