Sugar syrup went bad (see black marks) in a hive quite quickly – has this given my bees dysentry/nosema?

The sugar syrup likely fermented in the space of the last week (south east UK). Worried that this has got the bees quite ill as you can see these orangey marks all over the inside of the hive. Their wax between frames has also become weird and gloopey and lots of bees are trying to eat up the orange looking liquid. Observed many uncapped brood cells too.

Asking as a 1 month experienced newbie – what is going on here, what is the cause, and importantly what can I do to resolve? I'm doing the common sense things like cleaning out the feeder in the meanwhile.

Thanks in advance for advice 😊
