Small swarmed emerged at work a couple weeks ago, not budging

Hey everyone! I work at a shaved ice/snow-cone place and just under a month ago, we had a small swarm show up out of nowhere and they’ve just been hanging around. I’m pretty sure they are honey bees but I’m not good with that stuff. We thought at first that they would simply stay for a little bit and they move on to a more suitable spot, but they seem to like it her and are not budging.

I’m not involved in beekeeping in anyway so I’m not sure how to go about this so our customers don’t get scared off and then we have to clean their spills when they panic. I don’t want to kill them considering how friendly they are, but are there any financially cheap ways to have the bees to leave us alone or move them? I haven’t seen a hive since I only see them hovering around the trash cans. Thanks!
