Should I Kill Velvet Ants Near Bees

I have noticed two velvet ants. One in my bee yard and one near a bee waterer about 100ft away. All that i have read is that they target "ground-dwelling" bees and other insects, but am concerned for my weak hives.

Should i kill them, or are they harmless to my hives?
