Question for you guys

Is there a way to keep raw unfiltered honey from crystalizing in the cold? I am working on producing a horse product with that being one of the main ingredients but I need it to remain liquefied. I have read that you can add corn syrup to achieve this but I do not think this will be a viable solution for me because certain bacteria and fungi thrive off of the high sugar content, and I am unsure if this will lessen the antimicrobial and antifungal properties of the honey which is essential for the product. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I will also be looking to buy raw unfiltered honey in bulk and would like to purchase it from a local beekeeper in my area (north east USA.) Let me know if any of you guys would be interested in selling some as well. Thanks everyone for your time!
