Queen died, now what?

I’m fairly certain our queen’s died. There’s been very few bees outside the hive despite it being very hot so I opened the hive real quick today. There’s very few bees inside, and it doesn’t look like there’s any brood. I didn’t have time to look for her today, but I’m gonna try tomorrow. I’m not hopeful.

So I guess the question is now what? I can get a nuc or a queen but this is the second attempt at a colony in 2 years that’s collapsed at this time of year. I’ve got a decent amount of comb with nectar at least. Was leaning on the side of getting another nuc since the hive had been doing will up until recently.
