Poisonous Nectar

East Tennessee Mountainous region, Italian honeybees

First bee package installed a few days ago. Bees are going strong and queen is laying. We have rhododendron in the area along with a few other ericaceous plants like hydrangea… I only heard about toxic honey today and am suddenly slightly worried about consuming it. What are the chances of this happening? I would assume that the bees would have to pollinate specifically from these plants only. Do I have anything to worry about, or am I overreacting? Thanks for the help.
