ORAC Value for Bee Venom
I know bee venom has very high anti-inflammation properties. Usually what is anti-inflammation is also an anti-oxidant or vice versa. The antioxidant values of foods are expressed in ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) units, a unit of measurement for antioxidant content which was originally developed by the National Institute on Aging (NIA) at the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
Thus made me think how much ORAC values in 100g of bee venom? Let's use Apis Mellifera venom because it's very common.
Somehow I believe ORAC values for bee venom easily surpassed all other superfoods listed in below website: https://www.superfoodly.com/orac-values/
