Not planning on keeping bees, but I’m growing peppers and was wondering if it would be ok to put a bee watering station near my plants to encourage pollination.
I live in Phoenix, AZ and have had to install a pipe into a hole that fills my pool with water because bees would go into the hole to drink. (Can't have bees near the pool for obvious reasons). I assume that if I bought a watering station and put it on the edge of my property, it would attract bees which would also attract them to pollinate my plants. Would this affect the bees negativity in any way? Is there a preferred way to do this that is bee friendly? Thanks in advance for any help.
