I failed – they left

So I have my first defeat with beekeeping. I thought things were going well too.

So, I rescued a small hive out of my compost bin and moved them to a nuc.

My first queen left and then they made a new one. All was well.

Noticed varroa. Added Apivar. Started getting eggs! Yay…

That was a week ago. I hadn't noticed much activity at the entrance for a couple of days and decided to check. Here's what I found.

So, what do I do next? What can I keep what to destroy? Thanks for the help
