How do you guys take pictures of your frames?

I've been wondering this with every 'spot the queen' post I see. How do you guys take those great pictures? Usually, I struggle to get the frame out without hurting bees. First I wrench it free from the propolis, by then, the weight of the frame is very awkward to hold without two hands, even with a good grip at the top or letting it tilt and holding a top corner. I am scared of hurting my queen already, and even on regular brood frames that I'm not afraid to set down or jostle, I can't really take good pictures with one (Gloved) hand.

How in the world are you guys taking your bee pictures for hive checks?
