How do you get your bees out of a super for harvest?

Second year..first harvest a few weeks ago. Before this harvest I ordered an extractor, strainers, buckets, honey gate…and a bee brush. I'd never used a bee brush before but the youtube videos made it seem like you could gently brush the bees off and place the honey frame in a separate box.

My bees were not having any of that and were super agitated with some stings and pinging my veil so much i had to walk away for every frame.

What do you guys use? fume board, bee escape, leaf blower..something else?
