How does every one get over the fear of not wearing leather gloves while inspecting?
I've worn the leather gloves that go up to your elbows this year, and recently purchased some 8 mil nitrile gloves. Eventually, I'd like to switch to no gloves at all (I don't know exactly why, bragging rights probably).
So this past week, I tried out the nitrile gloves. They were much nicer as far as dexterity goes, and feeling when I'm about to squish a bee, but my god any time a bee crawled on my glove, I got anxious.
Hysterically enough, I got my first stings two days ago wearing my leather gloves!
So is it just sucking it up and wearing less protective equipment? Quit being a baby? lol
