Give me your best smoker advice!

New to beekeeping this year and am comically bad at getting my smoker going AND getting it going for long enough to do a full inspection.

I have beekeeping books so I’m not doing anything wrong “by the book,” but I could definitely use your advice!

Let me know your tips, tricks, and smoker process!
