Beginner beekeeper and no storage space

Hi all, I would like to start beekeeping as a hobby with around 3 boxes. I already took one beekeeping course and I'm ready to start asking local farmers for some land space (and % honey as compensation).

However, I have a doubt. I currently live in an apartment with no cellar/basement, and I am not sure whether it is OK/safe/possible to store the necessary equipment (spare boxes, frames, tools, etc.) at home. I do not have much space at home but I could find that for a small wardrobe, perhaps.

How much space is needed for such amount of beeboxes? I was also looking for some small space to rent but it seems there is nothing around…
