All of my bees died here in Colorado due to the 72 hrs sub zero temps. Now new bees are moving in???

Hi all! 2nd year beek here. Was hoping to hear some advice from all you fine folks on this sub!

So, we had a 72 hour stretch of sub-zero temps here in CO. We had that last year as well and my bees were 100% fine without a hive wrap, so I didn't think it would be a big deal this year either. I. Was. Wrong. It killed my hive. I went into it today just to confirm my suspicions, and sure enough, just a bunch of dead bees.

I did notice, however, that after about 2 minutes of having the hive open and exposed, some random honeybees started showing up around the hive. Then more came. Then some more came. They're definitely not my bees. Is my hive getting robbed? Since it's a dead hive should I just go ahead and let them rob it? Is it possible that they post up shop in my hive and start a new life there? What should I do? Any ideas as to what the hell I should do?
