Acquiring ye olden honey?

Acquiring ye olden honey?

So I'm a bit of a weirdo, and I thought it might be fun to try and buy some really old honey, since honey supposedly doesn't spoil under proper conditions. Considering the oldest extant honey is over 5000 years old, I thought it would be possible to find honey for sale that was maybe a few centuries old or some such?

Alas, my google-fu fails me – everything to do with "old honey, vintage honey, antique honey" comes back with useless info about collectible honey jars, pots, tins, UK leatherwork, floor finishes and amber trinkets and jewelry…

This place is the closest reach I have to a proffesional: might there be anywhere that stocks and sells antique or vintage honeys? How do I find it, preferably within Europe?

I admit I know not the first thing about beekeeping, so this may indeed be a ridiculous request, but I figured there's no harm in asking.
