a hive autopsy (follow up from two days ago)

We are grateful you are here

a hive autopsy (follow up from two days ago)

original details in this post

I've taken apart my hive and taken lots of pictures; imgur album of hive. My current conclusion is death from varroa mites, as there seems to be all the signs discussed in this varroa mite video helpfully linked in the original thread

I'd appreciate any thoughts confirming my conclusion or dissuading from it!

I'd also love some thoughts on which frames are worth preserving and how one might most easily rebuild a frame around a plastic foundation of drawn comb.

I think several frames aren't worth keeping at all; what's the best way to remove comb to reuse the plastic foundation?
